Demonstrating skills in PowerPoint is an essential part of being an instructional designer because of its transferable software. Authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate have the ability to start building content from the base of a PowerPoint presentation. I have the ability to create engaging and effective learning content using fundamental tools. With access to higher-level software, I can design and develop creative and intriguing learning experiences for a broad range of audiences.

This project not only shows my knowledge of PowerPoint's capabilities but also demonstrates my ability to create a product that incorporates adult learning principles:
Users can click through parts of the presentation to learn more about each topic adding an interactive element that creates an active learning experience
The discovery-quality of the presentation allows users to learn at their own pace and easily revisit content using consistent navigation buttons
The clickable content creates a versatile learning experience that allows curious and self-motivated learners to extend their experiences while also giving the ability for others to move through the necessary material
